Award-Winning Estate Portfolio - 30 Years of Excellence

A Portfolio of Toronto's Finest Illuminated Estates

Heritage homes in Rosedale, lakefront estates in Port Credit, ravine properties in Kleinburg, and Tudor-revival landmarks in The Kingsway. Every project is engineered to last thirty years and designed as a composition, not an installation. Explore our work by collection.

Four Collections, One Standard

Our portfolio is organised into four collections that reflect the distinct categories of estate lighting we specialise in. Every project in this portfolio was designed and installed by the same team, using the same solid-brass fixture standard, and engineered to the same exacting specifications - the difference between them is in the scenery, not the quality.

Estate Properties represents our flagship work: large-lot homes in Rosedale, The Bridle Path, Kleinburg, and Old Oakville where entire grounds are illuminated as a single designed scene. These projects typically involve 40 to 120 fixtures, integrated Lutron control, and design sessions that extend across multiple twilight visits before a single trench is cut.

Water Features captures the work we are best known for: lakefront estates, custom reflection pools, natural stone waterfalls, and in-ground pools where underwater and dry-land lighting must operate as one coherent composition. We use Unique Lighting Systems submersibles exclusively for this work - the only fixture line that matches our colour-temperature and longevity standards.

Dark-Sky Collection showcases our IDA-compliant installations on ravine properties, conservation-adjacent estates, and heritage neighbourhoods where light pollution regulations and community standards require a different engineering approach. Fully-shielded fixtures, narrow beam distributions, and warm 2700K-only LEDs preserve both astronomical sightlines and neighbour relationships.

Architectural & Heritage focuses on façade and stonework lighting for properties where the architecture is the subject. We work with Cast Lighting and Kichler architectural wash fixtures, aim each one to landscape-architect specifications, and respect heritage conservation guidelines on every project. If your home is on a municipal heritage registry, we have done this before.

Every fixture in every project is solid brass or copper, installed 6 to 8 inches deep in conduit, wired to ESA code, documented for insurance, and commissioned by our Master Electrician before hand-off. This is the standard after 30 years of estate lighting work, and it is the only standard we operate to.

We design for a limited number of estate projects each season. If your property is in the luxury GTA market and you value engineering depth over contractor speed, we would welcome the conversation.
