A Portfolio of Toronto's Finest Illuminated Estates
Heritage homes in Rosedale, lakefront estates in Port Credit, ravine properties in Kleinburg, and Tudor-revival landmarks in The Kingsway. Every project is engineered to last thirty years and designed as a composition, not an installation. Explore our work by collection.
Mature Oak Canopy Moonlighting
Fixtures: FX Luminaire ZD Series brass uplights

Rosedale Flagstone Drive Approach
Fixtures: FX Luminaire PR Series path lights
Heritage Rosedale estate with a 180-foot flagstone entrance walk. Fourteen aged-brass path fixtures spaced to industry-best practice, with graduated beam spread to eliminate hotspots while preserving the home's Georgian character.
Kleinburg Ravine Terrace Lighting
Fixtures: WAC Landscape + Lutron RadioRA3
Multi-level flagstone terrace overlooking a Humber River ravine. Under-rail linear LED, step lights, and integrated Lutron control for scene-based evening transitions from entertaining to ambient.
Port Credit Pool & Waterfall Composition
Fixtures: Unique Lighting Systems submersibles
Lakefront Port Credit estate with natural stone waterfall, in-ground pool, and reflecting edge. Colour-temperature-balanced submersibles paired with dry-land brass uplighting to create a single coherent night-time composition.
South Richvale Limestone Façade Wash
Richmond Hill - South Richvale

Castlemore Gated Drive Approach
Fixtures: WAC brass flood + FX Luminaire downlights

The Kingsway Garden Pavilion
Fixtures: Commercial-grade weatherproof bistro strings
Tudor-revival Kingsway estate with custom-built pergola dining pavilion. Weatherproof bistro strings hand-suspended from aged-brass anchor points, controlled via integrated outdoor Lutron scene keypad.
Bayview Village Dark-Sky Pathway
Fixtures: Volt solid-brass shielded bollards
Fully-shielded, IDA Dark-Sky-compliant pathway lighting along a 200-foot front entry walk. Zero upward light, narrow-beam downward distribution, warm 2700K LED to preserve astronomical sightlines and neighbourhood character.
Unionville Heritage Ravine Moonlighting
Fixtures: Hinkley shielded downlights in mature canopies
Heritage Unionville property bordering the Rouge River ravine. Downlights mounted high in the mature tree canopy create a natural moonlight effect on the garden below - zero glare, zero light trespass into the conservation land.
Roseland Lakefront Terrace Stairs
Fixtures: FX Luminaire marine-grade step lights
Roseland lakefront estate with natural flagstone terrace stairs leading to a waterside fire feature. Marine-grade brass step lights engineered to withstand Lake Ontario salt air and freeze-thaw conditions.

Fixtures: Unique Lighting Systems colour-balanced submersibles
Morrison estate with formal reflection pool and cascading water feature. Warm 2700K submersibles matched to the surrounding garden uplighting for a unified scene that mirrors the home's architecture in the water surface.
Four Collections, One Standard
Our portfolio is organised into four collections that reflect the distinct categories of estate lighting we specialise in. Every project in this portfolio was designed and installed by the same team, using the same solid-brass fixture standard, and engineered to the same exacting specifications - the difference between them is in the scenery, not the quality.
Estate Properties represents our flagship work: large-lot homes in Rosedale, The Bridle Path, Kleinburg, and Old Oakville where entire grounds are illuminated as a single designed scene. These projects typically involve 40 to 120 fixtures, integrated Lutron control, and design sessions that extend across multiple twilight visits before a single trench is cut.
Water Features captures the work we are best known for: lakefront estates, custom reflection pools, natural stone waterfalls, and in-ground pools where underwater and dry-land lighting must operate as one coherent composition. We use Unique Lighting Systems submersibles exclusively for this work - the only fixture line that matches our colour-temperature and longevity standards.
Dark-Sky Collection showcases our IDA-compliant installations on ravine properties, conservation-adjacent estates, and heritage neighbourhoods where light pollution regulations and community standards require a different engineering approach. Fully-shielded fixtures, narrow beam distributions, and warm 2700K-only LEDs preserve both astronomical sightlines and neighbour relationships.
Architectural & Heritage focuses on façade and stonework lighting for properties where the architecture is the subject. We work with Cast Lighting and Kichler architectural wash fixtures, aim each one to landscape-architect specifications, and respect heritage conservation guidelines on every project. If your home is on a municipal heritage registry, we have done this before.
Every fixture in every project is solid brass or copper, installed 6 to 8 inches deep in conduit, wired to ESA code, documented for insurance, and commissioned by our Master Electrician before hand-off. This is the standard after 30 years of estate lighting work, and it is the only standard we operate to.
